Shot Put
Build power, balance, and repeatable technique
Shot put success comes from efficient force transfer — not just raw strength. I help athletes develop strong positions, controlled movement, and confident execution in the ring.
What we work on:
-
Glide or rotational technique (based on the athlete)
-
Power position mechanics and sequencing
-
Footwork, balance, and blocking
-
Release mechanics and consistency under pressure
-
Strength-to-throw transfer
Programming includes:
-
Event-specific technical drills
-
Throwing volume planning
-
Strength and movement recommendations
-
Competition preparation and cue refinement
Great for athletes learning proper technique or experienced throwers looking to clean up mechanics and add distance.
